2. Human Rights Statement

Respecting and Protecting the Rights and Dignity of All

Arcfyre Group is committed to respecting, protecting and promoting human rights in every environment where we operate. Guided by international frameworks and our internal Security Operations Management System (SOMS), we ensure that our personnel maintain the highest standards of conduct, particularly in sensitive or high-risk environments.

We strictly prohibit any form of abuse, discrimination, harassment, torture, cruel or degrading treatment, sexual exploitation, forced labour, human trafficking or any behaviour that violates the dignity or rights of individuals.

Our teams receive human-rights training appropriate to their roles, and concerns relating to human rights may be raised through our confidential grievance and whistle-blower channels.
