Every 6 months, we run hard and soft skill assessments, and the top performer across all job grades receives a substantial cash reward. On top of that, we offer paid training programs for all our operational staff, and yes, attendance is mandatory

We’ve got your workout sessions covered with national memberships, including defensive tactics schools teaching Krav Maga and other approved programs
Free ammo
Monthly ammunition is provided to all armed staff to develop and sharpen their firearm skills
Supportive staff training
Situational awareness, crime and hijack prevention workshops are free for all staff, including the admin teams that support our operators
